Use this secure page to verify account ownership, confirm your User ID, explain the request and verify it with a 6-digit code sent to your registered email. The administrator then controls which eligible personal-profile items are erased while historical trading and financial records remain preserved.

Account Deletion Process

Complete all verification steps before the request reaches the administrator.

Verify account credentials

Use either User ID + PIN or Registered Email + Password.

Confirm your User ID

The confirmed User ID must exactly match the account being deleted.

Verify registered email

A 6-digit security code will be sent to your registered email and will expire after 10 minutes.

Administrator review

The request appears in the secure Admin Console. Personal-identity erasure/account closure happens only after final administrator review.

Data retention notice: What is erased: the live user profile identity, registered email/mobile/User ID from the active account, login credentials, PIN/password/security recovery data and any additional personal-profile items selected by the administrator.

What is preserved: GST/tax invoices, payment history, recurring-charge/mandate audit references, trading/signal history, reports, quotes, completed payouts, referral/accounting history and other historical business records. These records stay linked to an anonymized historical account reference so the record chain is not broken. Payment credentials such as full card number, CVV or UPI PIN are not part of this preserved application record.

After closure, the same email address and mobile number can be used for a new registration. Historical records from the old account are not automatically attached to the new account.

I understand that after administrator approval my old account access and personal identity will be permanently erased and cannot be restored. I understand that any future Auto Pay debit must first be stopped before final account erasure can complete, and that stopping Auto Pay or closing the account does not by itself create a refund entitlement for a successfully delivered paid period. I also understand that GST invoices, payments, recurring-payment audit records, signals/trading history and other historical business records will remain preserved and will not automatically move to any new account.
