1. Scope
This Privacy Policy covers Bhavya AI™ Market Analytics and associated account, website, payment, security and support functions operated by Bhavya AI Smart Software.
2. Personal Data We May Process
- Name, email, mobile, User ID and account status.
- Password/PIN hashes, OTP/reset state, session identifiers, verification and 2FA state.
- Subscription/plan entitlement and transaction/payment references.
- Billing address/state/pincode/GSTIN and invoice/tax details where applicable.
- UPI/reward/payout details where voluntarily provided for an eligible function.
- Referral/reward records, signals/reports/quotes and relevant account-linked analytical activity.
- IP/device/browser information, timestamps, security logs and diagnostics.
- Support messages and deletion-request reason/feedback.
3. Why We Use Personal Data
- Create, activate, authenticate and secure accounts.
- Provide trial and paid software access.
- Operate Market Analytics and account history.
- Verify payments, generate invoices and keep accounting records.
- Prevent fraud/abuse and provide support.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.
4. Password, PIN, OTP & Session Security
Passwords and PINs are intended to be stored as one-way hashes rather than plaintext. Security/verification codes are limited-purpose and time-limited; the account-deletion OTP is stored only as a hash.
The site may store authentication tokens in browser storage to maintain signed-in sessions. Passwords, PINs and OTPs are not intentionally stored in browser storage by the account-deletion page.
5. Payments, Razorpay, Auto Pay & GST Invoices
Razorpay or another disclosed payment provider may process payment-method details, mandate authentication and recurring-payment instructions under its own secure systems. Bhavya AI may receive transaction status, amount, order/payment/subscription identifiers, mandate/subscription status, payment date, billing details and tax information needed to verify software purchases, recurring renewals and invoices.
Bhavya AI's application does not intentionally collect or store a customer's full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, netbanking password or similar payment-authentication secret. Those credentials are entered into and processed by the payment provider, issuer or applicable payment network.
For Auto Pay, Bhavya AI may retain the provider subscription/mandate reference, authorised amount snapshot, billing frequency, consent timestamp/version, renewal status, cancellation status and recurring charge history for service operation, support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax and dispute resolution.
Completed payment and GST/tax invoice records are separate from live profile identity and may remain after account closure for accounting, tax, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
6. When Data May Be Shared
We do not sell personal information to brokers, advertisers or unrelated third parties. Information may be disclosed to service providers supporting hosting, communications, payments, accounting/legal functions or to authorities where required by applicable law or valid process.
7. Retention & Historical Records
Live personal information is kept only as reasonably needed for stated purposes. After account erasure, active identity and credentials are anonymised/erased while historical business records can remain linked to an anonymised historical User ObjectId.
Transaction, invoice, security, accounting or audit records may be retained where required by applicable law or legitimate record-keeping obligations.
8. Account Deletion / Personal-Data Erasure
Users can start the secure workflow at Delete Account / Personal Data. It uses account verification, a 6-digit email OTP and administrator review. Where an active recurring payment instruction exists, future Auto Pay must first be cancelled or otherwise confirmed as unable to create another debit before final account-identity erasure.
- Active profile identity and security credentials are erased/anonymised.
- Eligible current profile fields may be selected for erasure by the administrator.
- GST/tax invoices, completed payments, signals/trading history, reports, quotes, completed payouts, referral/accounting and necessary historical records are preserved.
- Original email/mobile/User ID are released from the active account for possible fresh registration; old history is not automatically attached to the new account.
9. Cookies, Local Storage & Consent
Necessary browser storage supports login/session security, checkout continuity and core functions. Preference storage may remember settings such as theme/audio. The site stores the cookie-consent preference itself. See the Cookie & Browser Storage Policy.
10. Privacy Requests & User Choices
Subject to applicable law and lawful retention duties, users may request relevant access/correction, raise a grievance, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or request account closure/personal-data erasure. Reasonable identity verification may be required.
11. Children / Under-18 Use
Market Analytics is intended for adults and is not designed for independent use by children for financial/trading decisions. Applicable parental/guardian consent requirements must be satisfied where required by law.
12. Third-Party Providers
External payment providers, market-data/chart services, email/infrastructure providers, app stores and linked services have their own privacy practices.
13. Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated when product features, security practices, laws or processing activities change. The current revision date will be published here.
