1. Digital Service — No Physical Shipping
Bhavya AI™ Market Analytics is a digital software service. Purchasing access does not involve shipment of a physical product.
2. How Digital Access Is Delivered
After backend payment verification, the eligible software entitlement is activated against the user account and access is provided electronically through the website/panel. For an authorised Auto Pay arrangement, each successfully verified recurring charge may electronically extend the eligible access period. A failed, pending or unverified recurring debit does not by itself extend access.
3. Invoice Delivery
Where applicable, the GST/tax invoice may be available for download and/or sent to the registered/billing email. Invoice delivery is separate from physical shipping.
4. Activation Delay / Payment Reconciliation
If a One-Time or recurring payment is confirmed as captured but eligible access is not activated/extended, contact support with the payment/order/subscription reference. If a debit appears in the bank/payment account but the merchant payment is not captured, gateway/bank reconciliation or reversal may need to complete first. Never send passwords, card CVV, UPI PIN, netbanking password, OTPs or payment authentication secrets.
5. Future Physical Goods
If Bhavya AI later sells a physical product, its specific product page/checkout will state applicable dispatch, shipping, delivery, return and warranty terms.
